Handcrafted mirror measuring 24’ x 38 ½” inspired by the natural shape of vines harvested in upstate New York.
The design of the mirror evokes both traditional and modern elements.
The vine colors are enriched by numerous layers of Tung oil and is secured onto a solid cherry wood background.
The cherry is cut from solid cherry wood and is richened by several coats of cherry stain and Tung oil.
The natural shape of the vine gives the impression that it is floating on top of the cherry base.
Added to the top, as a relief is a construction of a simple log cabin made of local natural materials.
